Cover eggs w cold water in saucepan. Bring to boil. Cover. Remove from heat and let stand 25 minutes.
To prevent dark rings on yolks, plunge immediately into very cold water and let stand until cool; peel.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks until smooth.
Combine yolks w dressing, pepper and mustard. Spoon filling back into whites. Garnish w paprika.
