Pop popcorn according to package directions. Carefully open hot bag and pour into large bowl; pick out the unpopped kernels and throw away. Pour in chow mien noodles and toss. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt baking chips, peanut butter and white chocolate, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 minutes, stop and give it a stir every few seconds.
Pour over popcorn and chow mien noodles and stir until evenly coated. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper and drop mixture using large, rounded tablespoonfuls. Put in the fridge and chill until firm, usually about an hour to an hour and a half. Store in tightly covered container. Makes about15 servings, depending on the size of each "haystack".
