Great, tasty, unique and versatile Mango Salsa recipe that goes well with most meats – chicken, ham turkey, pork. Only 10 minutes-to-do!

Make this relaxing, flavour-filled condiment a part of your Christmas banquet.

Combine mango, chilli, lime juice, onion, mint, garlic and lime leaf in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with Kaffir lime and lemon salmon or sliced leg ham. Stir before serving

TIPS:

To cut a mango: Slice both ends off the mango, revealing the long, slender seed inside. On a work surface, set the fruit upright and use a sharp knife to remove the skin




Ingredients

2 (400g each) mangoes, chopped
1 red bird’s eye chilli, deseeded, sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons shredded fresh mint leaves
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 kaffir lime leaf, finely shredded
Sliced leg ham, to serve
