Stand the wedge of cheese on a plate with the tall part on the top. Carve out the Blue Cheese wedge through the top until about 3/4 the way deep. Place the wedge in the center of a deep plate. Pour the Port Wine in the carved out section of the Blue Cheese. Port will start to trickle through the Blue Cheese veins. Let your company scoop out the Port and cheese with spoons. Serve with your favorite water crackers of the toasted pitas per our recommendation. A wonderful appetizer.
