1. In a large bowl combine the chicken, cherries and onions and mix very well.
2. Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and pepper in another bowl and pour the mixture over the chicken.
3. Mix gently.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
5. Spoon chicken salad on sliced croissants and top with lettuce.
6. Garnish with parsley.

1/2 Cup Dried Tart Cherries
3 Green Onions (sliced)
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Fresh Parsley (chopped)
2 to 4 Croissants
