Alaska Salmon and Cilantro Potato Salad recipe |

1. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, cilantro, celery and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add in the salmon and potatoes.
3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
4. Chill for 3 hours.
5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

If you want to cut down on the fat and calories in this recipe, try substituting Non-Fat Mayonnaise for the regular kind.
Make sure that you always store potato salad in an air tight container and in the coldest part of the fridge so that it lasts as long as possible.


1 Can Alaska Salmon, (14-3/4 ounces), drained and flaked
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Red Onion, diced
1/3 Cup Celery, diced
2 1/2 Pounds Red Potatoes, cooked and quartered, unpeeled
Sea Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
