Can not be any easier Creme Brulee to make! I have made this recipe several times and got to say this is so easy and delicious! Just amazing!

How to make Creme Brulee:
Pre-heat the oven to 300°F.
In a sauce pan, heat heavy cream, bring to a simmer and stirring frequently.
In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and ½ cup sugar until blended. Gradually add the hot cream and vanilla, stir slowly until it gets nice and creamy, advoid scrambling your eggs.
Use a fine mesh sieve to strain the mixture into a pouring lip large measuring cup. Discard anything left in the sieve. Divide the mixture into 8 (4 oz) cups and place in a large baking dish.
Fill the baking dish with hot water about halfway up the sides of the cups. Bake for 35 minutes or a knife sticked in the center comes out clean. Remove from baking dish, let cool for 15 minutes then cover and refrigerate creme brulee until completely cooled.
To caramelize the top:
Spread evenly 1 to 2 tsp sugar on top of each custard to have a thin layer covered with sugar. Torch the top or you can put them under the broiler for a minute.
If you are making the creme brûlées in advance, make sugar topping before serving them. The sugar topping can liquify if you refrigerate it for very long.
