1. In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients except for the Italian dressing and the garlic salt.
2. Mix well.
3. Season with Italian-style salad dressing and garlic and stir in well. 4. Cover, and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
Since this is such a pretty salsa tomato spicy you should serve it in a pretty color dish. Make it fun and serve it with some colorful tortilla chips as well.
I like to use the canned diced tomatoes that already have the diced green chilies in them. They are located in the same section in the grocery store. Just gives the salsa an extra little kick.
