Bruschetta Romana - recipes
1. Heat the oven to 450 degrees.
2. Except the baguette, mix all the ingredients.
3. Place the baguette slices on an ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Spoon the bell pepper mixture onto the bread slices.
5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Emmentaler with its nutty, rich and sweet flavor is wonderful for cooking, as well as eating with crackers, crispy breads, fruit, etc.
