Beefy Cheese Ball - recipe
1. Combine 1/4 cup of the dried beef, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and horseradish.
2. Blend thoroughly.
3. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.
4. Form the mixture into a ball and roll in the remaining dried beef.
5. Chill thoroughly.
If you want to make a more figure friendly version of this recipe; substitute light cream cheese and low fat sour cream.
If you can't find a jar of sliced dried beef, a great substitute would be regular beef jerky chopped up and in the same amount.
