Egg Noodles with butter and Cheese - recipe
Cream the 4 oz of softened butter by beating it vigouresly against the sides of the bowluntil it is light and fluffy.
Beat in the cream a little at a time, and then, a few tablespoons at a time beat in the 2 oz of grated cheese.
Boil the water and put the fettucine and boil untill cooked.
When the fettucine are ready add the cheese and butter.
