Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Spread a wax paper on the panel of the oven and put one ready thin crust pizza dough. Spread over the dough 300 gr. gorgonzola cheese, leaving 2cm from the edges uncovered. Sprinkle the pizza with 150 gr. walnuts, coarsely, and bake for about 15 minutes until the base is cooked and browned slightly.
