Orangesicle Pie - recipe
Preheat oven to 325 In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, orange juice and rind; mix well.
Pour into crust (mix- ture will be thin). Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Meanwhile, in small mixer bowl, combine re- maining ingredients; beat until smooth and well blended. Spread evenly on top of pie.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Cool. Chill thor- oughly.
Garnish as desired.
