Chop garlic, onion and ham and brown them in oil.
Combine the lamb and brown it with the lid.
Sprinkle with wine, let it evaporate and add the sliced artichokes.
Season with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat by wetting with 2 tablespoons broth.
cook for 45 minutes.
When cooked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and sprinkle a little lemon juice.
Mix well and serve.
