Brown the meat in hot oil for 10 minutes, remove it from the pan and in the same oil, fry the chopped onions and crushed garlic.
Combine the meat again.
Add the chopped mint and thyme, salt and pepper.
Moisten with broth and lemon juice.
Combine olives and tomato sauce.
Bake covered for 1 hour over medium heat.
