Peel the celery sticks white, depriving them of the filaments and external washing them under running water, then pat dry.
Cut the celery stalks in long sockets not more than 10 cm.
In a bowl, add the melted butter with gorgonzola (if you use a bit of gorgonzola 'seasoned just can soften it in a hot pan, maybe that used to melt the butter).
With the help of a wooden spoon, mix well the mixture so as to make it soft and subsequently merged the chopped walnuts.
Fill the celery sticks with cream cheese. Sprinkle to taste with hot pepper and serve.
