Orange duck recipe
Salt and pepper the duck and Brown in 30 g butter for 10 minutes, then remove it, delete the bottom, put the remaining butter, add the duck again, cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Pour 10 cl cognac and cook for another 30 minutes.
Dissolve 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar, add the filtered cooking liquid 10 oz orange liqueur, lemon juice and 5 oranges, Peel and julienne 1 orange slices and cook for 10 minutes. Drizzle the duck cut into pieces and serve warm.
